I’ve been eating around 1,200 calories a day. I want to lose 10-15 lbs. I’m 6’1, female.20 years old.
I exercise 1 hour cardio monday, wednesday, friday, saturday and sunday. I exercise 2 hours of cardio on Tuesday & thursday.
So 1,200 x 1.5 = (because of moderately active lifestyle) around 2,700. Even assuming an error of 500 calories, that’s a basal metabolic rate (exercise included) or about 2,200 a day.
Why am I not losing weight?
I’ll have oatmeal / cereal for breakfast, fruit for lunch with maybe yogurt or plain tofu (i’m a vegetarian), and a veggie focused dish (like veggie stew, or veggie chili, or vegetarian lasagne, or veggies with tofu and some soy sauce) for dinner.
I will do 30 mins cardio in morning every day. Then the remaining 30mins-1.5hr after dinner.
WHY am I not losing weight!?!?
